Good's Guide to Ownership, which she gifts to each client. This practical and powerful manual covers every subject a potential homeowner needs to know, from preparing to buy a home to upkeep after the purchase. No stone is left unturned. If intelligence and business prowess aren't enough, Juntyna is involved in the home-buying process from start to finish. Realtors rarely accompany their clients to closing, however, Juntyna strives to accompany all of her clients on closing day. She effectively communicates with her clients throughout the entire transaction and even after the transaction is completed. Juntyna's understanding, empathy, and flexibility allow her to be a motivator and encourager. How is it all done? Her Faith. She is a Christian and prays over every single transaction.
Being quick-witted and equipped with incredible business acumen and over 15 years of accounting and auditing experience, Juntyna graduated from the Hondros School of Business and passed her exam the first time that she took it in May 2019. Juntyna's other credentials include a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Chicago State University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Tiffin University. Juntyna is a proud and loyal member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), and the Northern Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS), all of which contributed to her ability to dominate the real estate arena and helped her to close over 100 transactions with sales of approx $15 million dollars in less than four years. Juntyna also recently founded her company Goodrum Enterprises LLC.
Being self-employed as a realtor brokered by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services does not stop Juntyna from spending quality time with her husband and two children. In addition to traveling and enjoying the outdoors, Juntyna is a social butterfly that loves to entertain, going to comedy shows and NBA basketball games.
